## Politica su resi e rimborsi di PeopleKeys

### Per prodotti fisici/stampati

Garantiamo che i nostri prodotti sono di altissima qualità; tuttavia, se dovessi scoprire che il tuo prodotto ha dei difetti di produzione, saremo felici di assisterti. Di seguito sono riportate le istruzioni per i resi:

- Un Numero di autorizzazione al reso (RA) deve essere ottenuto [contattandoci qui](https://info.peoplekeys.com/return-and-refund-policy-contact-us?hsLang=it-it) affinché eventuale merce resa sia accettata e il relativo credito riconosciuto. Nessun reso sarà accettato senza il numero di RA.
- I resi devono essere effettuati entro 30 giorni dalla data di acquisto.
- Tutti i materiali non devono essere stati utilizzati e devono essere in condizioni tali da poter essere rivenduti o il credito non può essere emesso.
- Non sono previsti rimborsi in contanti. Tutti i rimborsi saranno sotto forma di credito per acquistare prodotti.
- Una commissione di reimmagazzinamento del 20% sarà addebitata per tutta la merce restituita e detratta dal credito per acquistare prodotti.
- I materiali personalizzati non possono essere restituiti.

Tutte le spese di spedizione per la restituzione e l’affrancatura del prodotto sono a carico del cliente. Non verrà emesso alcun credito per coprire le spese di spedizione.

### Per i prodotti elettronici

Rimborseremo gli acquisti di prodotti elettronici come crediti sul tuo account PeopleKeys. Nessun rimborso in contanti o con carta di credito sarà emesso per prodotti elettronici acquistati online da uno dei nostri negozi.
