PeopleKeys Return and Refund Policy

For Physical/Printed Products

We guarantee our products to be of the highest quality; however, if you should discover your product to be defective in construction, we will be happy to assist. Below are the instructions for returns:

  • A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained by contacting us here before any returned merchandise will be accepted for credit. No returns will be accepted without the RA number.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • All materials must be unused and in resalable condition or credit cannot be issued.
  • No cash refunds will be issued. All refunds will be in the form of product credit.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be assessed for all returned merchandise and deducted from the product credit.
  • Custom materials cannot be returned.

All return shipping fees and product postage are to be paid by the customer. Shipping fees will not be included in any credit issued.

For Electronic Products

We will refund electronic product purchases as a credit to your PeopleKeys account. No cash or credit card refunds will be processed on electronic products purchased online from one of our storefronts.

For Electronic and Live Courses

In the event of a course cancellation, we will refund your course in the form of an account credit. You may use that credit for another course or for any other PeopleKeys product purchase.
